Refund Policy:
If the book, or CD, purchased has a fault that was not caused by delivery of the item, then a full refund or replacement will be issued.
If the item was damaged in delivery then the item will be replaced and resent but not refunded.

Once we receive your order, items will be shipped within 24 hours. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for NZ deliveries and 1 – 2 weeks for international deliveries.
